Instability of government in Fiji and the graft and corruption that has occurred within their dairy industry is something that needs to be kept clear of. Even found with plenty of research and tracing back through different companies and their directors, management etc., FHL who earlier this year were dealing with Israel re funding for a dairy and processing facility. Hope this is not what AYB are into.
Even spent some time talking with some traditional Fijian nationals. One of who is the son of a chief of one of the larger villages. Very interesting learning experience, especially the fact that most of the companies dealing in FIJI go back to one entity.
AYB shareholders need to do their own research then get directors to explain what they are actually getting our company into.
If the farms being purchased in Aus. are operational and producing well I do not see water as being a problem as this past season during drought good farms have cruised through very well in fact some have even increased production..
Share registry is a big ? Early on it was largely held by a group of associates but now is anybody's guess. It is a worry that our directors seem to be all over the place instead of concentrating on what they had announced originally.
