    Nothing in this announcement makes sense. Let's wait and see when and IF the prospectus ever sees the light of day.
    Dairying is a specialised field and as such the directors have no experience in this field let alone in FIJI which is vastly different. Entering into binding agreements such as this is not what shareholders approved at the EGM!
