    re: Ann: Freshtel enables low cost calls glob... I think Symbio would have to much to loose and they are the major shareholder, I believe MNF was created as a go to market vehicle for Symbio without Symbio needing to risk their baby.
    MNF has a good provisioning system so they take a lot of the difficulty out of the install.
    If engine had of invested more in understanding the customer in relation to plug and play they would have got a lot more bang for buck when they were spending.
