Why would any telco want to take part in this is beyond me. Apple were so worried that the IPhone was going to turn into a walking VOIP calling centre they made specific amendments to not allow SKPE type apps to be installed (there are ways around this I hear).
Absolutey utter trash. This announcement clearly shows how out of touch senior management are with VOIP as a business concept.
