I don't think I will be taking any investment advice from you PP. Not sure how you judge these things but here are some facts for you to get into your head.

JUL 07 Started working as CEO on $400,000 for Freshtel, they had $16M in the bank and the SP was 50c. Revenue was $5.8M, total shares on issue 180M. Market Cap $90M
APR 09 About $4M cash, Revenue of maybe $3-4M and a SP of 1-3.5c. Shares on issue 365M. Market Cap $3.65M - $10M
Right about now there is no forest, no trees, just scorched earth. And if she and her mates do not realise that they should be walking then this company has zero future.
Do you still think she is worth congratulating? A rights issue at 1c is nothing to be proud of.
