I think the issue is the return of the franking credits to SMSF’s and the petition circulated by WAM.
its going to affect a lot of retirees and lead to a lot of turmoil within the WAM funds business.
it may not be a big issue to you but it’s 14 thousand issues per annum to me !
I think that’s why Peter Switzer was telling Bull Sh*itten to keep his mouth shut if he wanted to win the next election.
Of course, it may be a good ploy on behalf of Bull if, at the last minute, he modifies his plan and only puts a cap on the return of franking credits under a certain amount.
