• Placement introduces a range of institutional investors
• Includes director participation of $4 million, subject to shareholder approval
• The Company intends to shortly announce details regarding a Share Purchase Plan
(SPP), with pricing to be in line with the Placement

days, to ensure all shareholders have the opportunity to participate on the same terms as
