Has anyone here tried the app? I've just gone through it a bit on Android and i gotta say im overall impressed by it. There are obviously some things that could be tweaked and i think the database needs a bit of work in terms of duplicates etc. but overall it works, its easy to understand, signup was easy, adding items etc was easy, lists work so i would call it a success.

Still not certain how we make money from it though, obviously there is money in data but i would have thought a subscription model would have worked for this app. $5/ month for $50+/month savings seems like a no brainer to me.

Things i would like to see in the app that arent there ( no p[articular order)
Meal prep calendar
"Meal Menu" - ie if i want spag bol for dinner I choose it my items are added to a list and i can just check off if i need them or not
Shareable recipes
Lists saved to a pdf so it can be printed - only sms available currently

I dont see any of these as a deal breaker but just things that could add value

What are everyone elses thoughts on the app?
