ASX rules gives them the Choice of not disclosing a non binding offer as long as it remains confidential but of course they Can and they should if it helps put Dimerix on the radar, that's my feel.
But happy to see we have something in writing even thought it's non binding which is completely normal as potential partners need to be a whole lot of due diligence.
