Of course they would know & pre-empted with trial recruitment - Ethics (across many Jurisdictions plus local) & Site start up is the biggest hold-up on timelines.

Being an International Ph3, there is also a need for inclusiveness with Race & Ethnicity, especially with FSGS, where there is disparity between African descent & the White population in % of sufferers. The FDA will look at that.

We need to be patient & this needs to be perfect & then translated onto the Paediatric population; when & if we are tracking well with safety data. There is so much need!
