Its up 25% in three months so I feel its more than a dividend play.
In this cycle at least. I'm hoping if the much reported (probably overly) inflation rise comes along, many of their facilites have tenants that will benefit in the demand boost. Thinking of a trim but think $4 not to far away. May re-assess then.
