Totally with you Rus on the residential property falling in mid term. Inevitable after the current spike and Covid impacted movements. Not sure if you're being overly pessimistic on the Commercial and Retail sides Rus. The operative words are "not sure". Due to the current flux in the economies at the moment I'm pretty much disregarding anyone who says they ARE sure of what is going to happen.
