    I do think inflation will rise over the coming years and overall do see industrial players getting a quite a large boost. Based on CIPs 2020 Annual Report, 62% of their income is derived from large national and multinational businesses such as Aus Post, Visy, Woolies, Telstra etc. These businesses will only continue to become bigger and better as time goes on and even further if/when inflation starts to hit. Of course, there will be times where the SP of CIP will be tested but as a long term investor it looks as though they're heading in the right direction.

    Still haven't bought in yet but looking to do nice very shortly.
