Doubt very much the Board will get this deal over the line. They will be facing a spill motion tomorrow. All that is needed is 25% of shareholders in Resolution 5. If that happens you can kiss bye bye this potential deal as well.

What do others think here??

I thought it would take 75% for resolution 5 to pass? only 25% for it to not pass..
