My take
1/ CYP get full $3mill sign on fee from Fuji “non dilutive “
2/ WARF take 30% of $43 mill potential milestone payments
3/ CYP get 10 % of sales - now do WARF get 5% of CYPs 10% or 5 % of sales ie diluting CYPs take by 50% . This parts doing my head in .
I’ve assumed “mid single digit percentage “ ( wtf that is !!!! ) is 5%. Why CYP just don’t say what the number is I have no idea !!
Then again I could be totally wrong
