gg99, only thing I would add is MSB first product was not developed by MSB as you know, and the indication is only so far relevant for Children no? and there are also onerous fees to be paid still yet by MSB for Osiris deal.
Its great you are making a few $1m from GvHD in Japan, but is the value really worthy the deal given the exclusive timeframe is counting down?
Fuji can have a competing product on market within 2 years in Japan,
I don't think much of that runway for the money they paid...and will still owe ongoing.
