I hope you are correct, however the announcement says "Cynata is also required to pay WARF a mid-single digit percentage royalty on Fujifilm product sales."
Surely this means that if Fuji do $300M of sales, Cynata will receive $30M gross and send WARF $15M, so we net $15M?
Regardless, it is great to have our technology officially validated by Big Pharma. This will open up pathways for future licensing arrangements and a bright future moving forward.
