Why wouldnt Sumi supply Fuji for GvHD if it took us over, they potentially get $40M+ or whatever in milestones plus the royalties and that softens the buy now. At $2 they didnt have that guarantee.

That is not to say Fuji wont be cut off at the legs on "other conditions" if that were to occur. Fuji must see that, since many of the markets for MSCs are MUCH bigger than GvHD. Sumi would want OA and CLI for itself for instance plus whatever they have in the mill now themselves.

But if Ross and co are even countenancing $2 they wont have a job.
