Just a point on why not a lot of volume Ralom but why would serious investors be rushing in at $1.80 when they might just have to settle potentially for $2..
I agree people will take risk that it doesn't go through/offer is increased but it's really an unwanted cap on the price until we get clarity. Thinking about it, seems like a smart move by Sumi to lob when they did (unless you are a CYP shareholder of course!).
