We know that because we are long term shareholders, someone who knows absolutely nothing about the company has no idea about that.
All they may see is there's an offer for $2 on the table, well ok it's at $1.80 doesn't seem like it's worth my while and adds an element of risk to the equation as to why someone has only offered $2.
Just putting it into the perspective of someone from the outside looking in, I know I would be skeptical.
