The announcement has been made and now requires a little bit of clarity but that doesn't matter. What matters is how the overall market digests this and whether they put a distinct upward pressure on the SP. Low amount of shares can be good and bad, but if the market doesn't get a severe dose of indigestion then the SP will move upwards strongly. I am not crackin a top of the wazza red until i see how the market reacts.
