The main condition precedent of this loan was to gain a waiver from the DFC against a claim they had against a P1 supplier (clearly, this was the supplier of the coldbox)
The only way a waver would have been given is if Renergen have achieved nameplate for the Helium module.
It stands to reason that P1 is now fully operational.
