Magnetics.They had a hovercraft on the lake.
Built a mining camp, and funded the last high court case which was a lot more expensive..
Spent a lot of time and money on Geophysical modelling too.

Approvals, heritage clearances, environmental approvals etc. Upgrading the track to the lake for the rig. Also diamond drilling was it 1100m??

Then there was the lab costs, core cutting and analysing too.
