Sensible decision here - I always think better to fully develop than in stages. Stages increases risk and it always costs more - also this will bring forward a rerate in my view as Sembehun is the future of this company. If it gets built and running anywhere near the financials shown in the past then (subject to any capital raise) this is easy a $1+ stock
