Sell the news? I have no idea why the sell off after the announcement, it wasn't a significant or gap leaving run. The group here knows that the value of Phase 2, 3 and 4 will be a significant catalyst to the growth of the company. I tend to feel as though the market wants funding and offtakes before re-rating. Permits are a massive positive but need the working capital to build it, and then someone to on-sell to.
If offtake and funding is announced in the next quarter with Phase 2 DFS, then $2 - $2.50 price target is not unreasonable over 6 - 12 months.
