Rather than try and guess and come up with a figure that may be misleading, I'll point you to this great recent presentation by Dr James Campbell in which he presented the facts around other recent preclinical deals. He goes into this at around the 12:30 mark and mentions specifically that for anti cancer drugs, 60% are licensed before the trials even starting.....interesting
