That is in a perfect world, and should be what happens. In reality there are few companies that actually comply with this ideal. Asic should sort out their own issues as well, complaints made to Asic are not followed by announcements of what action, if any, is taken against companies that are found to be at fault. Asic needs to release findings of investigations into company misconduct allegations, and what action has been taken.
