As i said before i think the reverse happened today. The announcement seemed to indicate that most would have got their allotment so they sold current holdings at a profit and will simply wait for the others to come on after the approval. Rinse and repeat. I haven't analysed the trades but i wonder if there was a lot of smaller sells after the announcement.
