I think the market cap and share price is a reflection of the company, not the other way around.
It seems to me they can't figure out what they want to be.
They have gone around trying to expand by acquisition rather than organically. With each company they acquire they increase their overheads and revenue but then fail to increase their profitability. All these disparate companies were meant to be complementary, but they don't seem to be.
The problem now with a 4c share price is tapping the market is going to get very dilutionary for existing shareholders. So start praying there is still money in the bank when the end of year report comes out.
This company only exists because they've been tapping the market for funds, practically every year. I don't think they can do it again.
