    IMO Not a good look to drop this today/given trade history (who knew what when)...trust

    IMO - If a low ball TO was to appear I believe a few questions would need to be answered and would suggest a review/investigation of trade history/transactions/etc going back 12 months would also be healthy for transparency/integrity for this end of the market...
