Tripling net revenue gets you to $83m. If Wealth gets to 40% (Accounting already at 40%) you'd have divisional underlying profit at $33m. Take out your overheads (currently $1.8m) and maybe $30m EBITDA?
The maths is easy. Tripling revenue and doubling margins in wealth might be difficult...

Currently trading at a PER of ~10, will be interesting to see how it plays out.
Note that Nathan has a few performance shares, so some incentive to pull it off.
