I have no doubt that fair value is north of a buck BUT I doubt we'll see anything like that anytime soon. Unless a catalyst like a takeover is lobbed into the mix. It's not clear why ASH's PE continues to trail its peers by such a significant margin. I'd previously credited it to the extensive mismanagement but that sentiment is surely now historical?
