RS won't sell till they get back near to the $1.60 issue price. This is his aim before retirement and he will do that through getting earnings and dividends to a point where people will have to respect where fair value is or by takeover. I dont see him selling at anything under that. The stock is currently underpriced due to the hangover of the previous training issues. Particularly given all the recent media attention around Vocation and the slap on the wrist they got for dodgy dodgy dealings. People are wary of the VET sector now. Training should be the cherry on the top with its higher profitability but the company is showing the success it has had by going back to it's roots as a top labour hire company.
