I know your main weakness in mathematics, however to check on what is the IO normal prices please take an integral from the chart below and divide by 12 years you will get an average price for the past 12 years.
From a quick view of the chart, it is obvious that the average will be over $100. So when you are saying about the "normal" price please provide supporting arguments without a reference to the IOP over 100years ago.
