I have the impression that any future earnings uplift will be as big a surprise to the directors as the rest of us shareholders. I've been a shareholder for over a decade now and my total return (capital and dividend) is actually quite acceptable.despite the last few years of stagnation.

With the assets they have, I've no reason to believe the next decade can't be the same but any capital gain is going to be sporadic, in that we will probably get a good couple of years that carries the whole perod. That's if Dale doesn't take it out first.
