I think the Board of Directors need to closely consider the capital structure.
Holding high levels of debt has significantly increased the riskiness of this company… I think once the dust settles after the june 30 results questions should be raised as to whether it would have been wiser to use a capital raising rather than debt.
All the criticisms that have been levelled at MAQ… which revolve around high exec salaries, poor interaction with equity holders, low liquidity … may be answered.
Of course the alternative scenario is that the brothers purchase the company and take it private, which in my opinion would be a clever move
