Management is also the founder with lots of skin in the game. They’re not paying themselves ridiculous amounts, no excessive free shares for management. Company is run rather lean. Not a high capex business. Great cashflow. Excellent selective acquisitions at very cheap multiples. Excellent capital management. Wonderful margins. Marvelous tailwind begins them with Google, Amazon, Facebook, Microsoft and Apple utilising more and more of their product.
