Don’t sweat it, the cash generation at the moment is crazy. They can pay the dividend and eliminate debt in 6 months.
In fact, they have virtually raised enough for the dividend ($900m) in the first two months cashflow this year:
- price $210/tn (q4 21 was $204, 1q 22 will be higher)
- Production cost $75
- Margin $135
- sales 6 million tonnes
- cash generation $800m in 2 months
capex guidance is $600m for year, so $50m in 2 months. Plus I don’t think they are paying tax at the moment due to accumulated losses.
