E, could be wrong, but my view is SPR is now way too expensive for the likes of RMS. If an offer was to come, surely it has to be from 1 of the majors. That said, just for perspective, every 1c increase in the s/p of SPR represents a paper increase to the bottom line of $ 2.03 million to RMS. Not too shabby. At roughly an 18% holding, that represents a blocking stake. Anyone wanting to have a go, will be looking for a quiet meeting with our boys. Whichever way it plays out, IMO, RMS wins. Very smart strategic play IMO. GLTA
