Maybe so but that doesn't mean that our AISC has to continue to increase as it will. If this mob had contractors build a toilet block there would be a "manager" employed. Personally I would like to see an entire level of management excised, and some jobs coalesced. Contractors do it all anyway, and while that is an extremely expensive way to operate long term it SHOULD have meant less "managers"
