How can you make these predictions this far ahead when you don't know what their economy will be doing in the future?
Full employment and surging CPLie (CPI) need to be addressed. They have gone all Volker on us and will continue to do this until they get a solid result...by result I mean recession. Listen to James Bullard from the St Louis Fed. He seems to have the power and crystal ball.
As for the Fed Speak. Previously, they have been talking up 100 point rise and then suddenly the raise rates by 75 points. The market sheer and buy. Its like a Jedi Mind trick. People somehow seem to suddenly forget the rate just rose by 75 points.
