You're no doubt aware they could not announce a record quarter unless they start releasing information to the market which they only do twice per year?
As for EBITDA, that is:
Earnings (profit they don't do that stuff) Before
Interest (they don't have any)
Taxes (they have carry forward losses) Depreciation (they don't have any assets to depreciate)
Amortisation (ouch, hope not, they took a bath last year)
They need to have sales revenue exceed expenses. They did well this year moving toward it, but the next major event will be the CR
