All the new hires have great track records in the space, Joy's experience prior to joining EYE earlier in the year certainly does stand out though. They're certainly attracting talent, and have a solid team now to drive continued growth into the longer term. Even better, with all the sales each sales rep can generate they pay for each of their salaries within a few months. Pretty easy to see that this company will continue to grow very fast and profitably as well, the market is clearly taking a bit of time to catch onto this though!
