Great posts and information here. Joy McNew is not just a rep she is Director,Strategic Sales and Market Development. In TA007s post I returned to the JnJ area where Joy spent 11 plus years there. Look at those sales figure increases. She has an intimate knowledge of the ophthalmic business. She was involved in the cataract lens area as well as OVD which is viscoelastic which is part of the iTrack procedure which is able to deliver under controlled pressure more dilating and unblocking material than rivals and doing so in 360 degrees. I worked with eye surgeons over many years,recently retired, and I can state that quality ophthalmic reps are greatly appreciated by the eye doctors. The quality ones are welcomed in and have a very high level of discourse with the eye doctor. Joy McNew fits this bill and great to have her in an important role in our company. With JnJ she was involved in 4 states of the USA so it was a big commitment. She could be a future USA leader for us.
