The TO price could easily fetch $12 / share.
A run up from $7.5 a while back on T.O rumours would see it at $9+ in no time. A T.P premium should result in $12.
WSA is low cost, long live, high grade Tier-1 asset.
Interestingly, I am also optimictic in MBN (the loss resulting from the ramp up will pay future dividend - figuratively and literally). A director has declared increased holdings after market today.
