That's an excellent summary, to which, given events such as today's branch opening, we could add the word 'expanding.'
On the face of it, an incredibly boring business, but essential to the livelihoods of many in the community.
I'd never have imagined a decade ago I'd invest in this sort of enterprise, but there you go.
