The comment about building works occurring in Melbourne's western suburbs but trading hardly being affected is significant, as anyone who's had to put up with builders around any residential, commercial or industrial site knows how intrusive this can be.
So again, terrific management by all concerned including staff at the coalface.
Some companies would pencil in this as an 'excuse' to use: instead, SNL is able to discuss the positive sales aspect.
