One aspect to like is how in many cases, SNL customers will be very keen to get their vehcles - trucks and SNL's second much smaller category of buses - back on the road ASAP.
This doesn't mean SNL can rip clients off, but knowledgeable quick service including same day delivery of a critical part must go a long way towards building loyalty.
Poor business conditions in much of Australia may reduce the number of kilometres some trucks do, not helpful to the company, but another angle from SNL's perspective is the median age of heavy vehicles may increase as replacement is deferred.
