This is a fine company, one of those where success comes from simply being really great at what it does.
There are probably several differences between REA and SNL but here's one.
Today, I had cause to talk to a Real Estate Agent while helping an aunt sell her property. When I queried the component cost of the internet advertising he explained to me, among other things, that REA had already lifted prices twice this year and his argument for parting with my aunt's money was "You can't sell a secret". Not many companies can increase their charges twice in a downturn year.

This thread has covered the secret of SNL's success, and it boils down to quality service.
As compared to their competition, they seem to have grasped the idea that the cost of a truck being "down" is not simply the immediate repair bill but the time that the truck is not earning money. I suspect SNL charge a little more for the parts but are second to none when it comes to providing the necessary parts in a hurry.
