Agree with pussinboots here. I have spoken to the company around 6 months ago and apparently it has always operated with these sort of gearing levels. Debt is used to fund stock which is turned over fast. DDR is more like a logisitcs company where stock comes in and stock goes out not long later with DDR clipping a margin on the way.
Unfortunately the rest of the market might not get this and the stock will struggle to be re-rated. In the meantime I will continue to hold. My holding is modest compared with other holdings due to the poor share liquidity
